I doubt Kojima will just kill that character off after the helicopter crash in Ground Zeroes, if Big Boss and Master Miller survive I'm sure Chico did too and I bet he really did become Quiet. The Otacon is skull face comment is stupid and also impossible because Huey Emmerich the father of Hal Emmerich is actually present in the Phantom Pain trailer.
